Can I purchase tickets in person?
Yes. Tickets can be purchased in person from the Hailsham Pavilion Box Office, George St, Hailsham BN27 1AE 01323 841414.
Is it easy to park?
Yes! And parking is free. Its about a 4 minute walk from the main car park to the Big Top.
Can I choose where to sit?
Tickets are unreserved. Theatre staff will indicate areas where your party can choose to sit. There are no sight restrictions in the Big Top, so you will get a great view and be part of the experience wherever you decide to seat your party.
How long before the performance should I arrive at the theatre?
We advise that you arrive around 30 mins before the show start time so that you can enjoy the special atmosphere of the party. The souvenir shop and bars will be open.
How Long is the Performance?
The performance last 1 hours 30 mins, plus an interval of 20 mins.
Can I buy food and drink at the bar before the show?
Our coffee bar with hot and cold snacks will be available prior and after each performance.
What ages will Dame Dora`s Christmas Cracker suitable for?
Like all good pantomimes, this show will offer something for all ages from 4 years to 100. It will be a fast moving and exciting show with plenty of fun interaction, exciting magic, some of panto’s greatest hits, along with plenty more surprises for everyone.
Is the tent heated?
Yes, our heaters will be working to make sure that you are comfortable, but as our Big Top is in a countryside field, we suggest you wear appropriate winter wear for the walk from the car park to the auditorium.
Are there toilets on site?
Yes, washrooms are available on site
Do I need to wear a face mask?
We follow the latest Government advice which say that Face Masks are no longer required, but we leave this as an option for our guests.
Refunds?
In the unlikely cancellation of a performance, alternative dates to another performance or a full refund will be offered. In the event of you and your party being unable to attend, an alternative date will be offered if one is available.
